Hastelloy Wire Mesh

Hastelloy wire mesh is another nickel-based alloy wire mesh besides Monel wire mesh and nickel-chromium wire mesh. Hastelloy is an alloy of nickel, molybdenum and chromium. According to the chemical composition of the material, Hastelloy can be divided into Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy X.

Hastelloy wire mesh is the most corrosion-resistant material among all metal materials. It has corrosion resistance in acid, oxidation, salt and other corrosive environments.

Hastelloy B standard wire mesh is the most widely used type of Hastelloy material. It is resistant to hydrochloric acid in all concentrations, temperatures and conditions. That said, Hastelloy wire cloth works well at high temperatures even at the boiling point. It can also perform well in hydrogen chloride gas. Hastelloy B-3 is superior to B-2 because it cracks less and has greater chemical stability.
