Production Process:
1. Mold design. Perforated mesh have strict requirements for moldmakers. Accurate mold design and mold quality are the quality assurance of punching mesh products. It is the first process. Different hole patterns are determined by different molds.
2. Punching. It adopts advanced numerical control punch production, numerical control automatic feeder and computer automatic programming, CAD design, operation control, the product accuracy reaches ±0.015mm, it can punch plates in the range of 0.2mm-10mm, and the hole diameter can be between 0.2mm-100mm. There are more than 120 specifications.
3. Cutting of plates. According to the requirements of the order, cut the whole roll of sheet into the size required by the customer.
4. Cut the edges. According to the tolerance range required by the order, trimming to remove excess edges.
5. Leveling. Use a leveling machine to level the deformation of the screen during the stamping process, remove oil, and clean the punching.
6. Surface treatment. Level the perforated mesh after degreasing, and then conduct surface treatment such as electrostatic powder spraying, painting, electro-galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing to improve the anti-corrosion performance of the product.
