1. What is galvanized?
Galvanizing is the use of hot-dip or other processes to coat a layer of zinc on some metal surfaces or some basic materials. The galvanized product has a smooth and bright appearance. It has improved oxidation resistance. Long-term use does not cause corrosion. Zinc is long in the air. Time does not change qualitatively.
The usual galvanizing methods are electroplating and hot plating.
2. The principle of galvanizing of corrugated nails
The zinc is liquefied and placed in a professional tank, and the aqueduct is divided into two poles, yin and yang. The treated ordinary corrugated nail was used as a cathode, and the galvanizing solution was used as an anode. Connected with direct current. In the case of direct current energization, the metal cations in the galvanizing bath move to the common steel corrugated nails of the cathode to form a coating. Zinc ions are arranged in the surface of the corrugated nails. It is known to cover the corrugated nails made of steel, to realize the galvanizing of the corrugated nails, and to become galvanized corrugated nails after the finished product.
