Classification of Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

2018-04-17
1. Twill Weave: Each warp wire crosses over two wefts wire and each weft wire crosses over two warp wire.
2. Plain Weave: Each warp wire crosses and passes through each weft wire. Both of them the diameter is the same. The warp and weft wire are weaved at an angle of 90 degrees.
3. Dutch Weaving: The diameters of the warp and weft are different, and the number of meshes is also different. The feature is that the warp is thinner and weft is dense. The warp is in the length direction and the weft is in the width direction. Dutch weaving mesh is divided into plain dutch weave and twill dutch weave.
4. Five-hoist weaving: This kind of weaving, warp and weft wire are not monofilament but weave with several separate yarns. This weaving is based on twill weave to provide a stronger stainless steel wire cloth.
5. Double Wire Dutch Weaving: This type of weaving is very similar to the Dutch twill weave. There are two weft wire that can be stacked tightly against the warp wire. This wire cloth is mostly used to filter micron-scale filtration.
