Stainless steel wire
General supplies ultra-fine stainless steel wire and wire diameter from 0.018mm to 0.25mm.Fine wire from 0.20 to 5mm.Ultra fine wire is T316L diameter from 0.25mm-0.018mm and T304 diameter from 0.25mm-0.05mm.
Fine Stainless Steel Wire for marine cables' wire diameter is from 2mm to 0.5mm in T316.
Stainless Steel Wire for weaving in woven mesh is from 0.018mm to 5mm in T304,T304L,T3016 and T316L.
Stainless steel wire for decorative mesh's weaving is from 1mm to 5mm in T304 or T316.
Filters is from 0.10mm to 0.50mm in T304 or T316.
Flexible hose is 0.4mm in T304 or T316.
Uses: It is widely used in textile,needle,music wire,spring wire,cables,weaving for electronic shielding, flexible hose,chemical,paper making,woven wire cloth and filter.
Packing: typical packaging would be spools,then with carton.
Brass wire
Brass wire is nonmagnetic,durable and better ductibility.The brass wires are available in coil form and EDM Wire is in different type plastic spools or reels. They can be used for springs, clips, pins, nut bolts, brushes and have numerous of other applications.
Material: brass wire, phosphor bronze wire, red copper wire .
Brass Wire Grade: H62,H65,H68,H70,H80.
Wire Dia: brass wire 0.05-5mm;phosphor bronzed wire 0.025-4mm;red copper wire 0.07-3mm.
Copper wire is widely used in weaving of wire mesh, crimped wire mesh, hexagonal wire mesh, making of crafts, barbecue netting and a variety of weaving, electrician, twisting and binding applications,electrical wire, making of cable, chemical industry and electric appliances.
Titanium wire
Hebei General produces titanium wire,titanium alloy wire and titanium welding wire.Pure titanium wire is a silver-white metal, which has many excellent performance.
Titanium density 4.54g/cm3, 43% lighter than steel, slightly heavier than the prestigious light metal magnesium.
The mechanical strength of the steel is almost twice as large than aluminum, five times larger than magnesium. Titanium's characterics have thermostability, the melting point of 1942K, nearly 1000K than gold, nearly 500K higher than that of steel.
